Buyer protection

Buyer protection covers every order you pay to Netwave Store, whichever shop you buy from. Shops also let you pay them directly on their own MoMo or bank accounts. Direct payments go straight to the shop and are not covered, and we tell you clearly before you choose. If you are unsure about a shop, choose buyer protection at checkout.

How it works

1. You pay us. Your payment goes to Netwave Store, never straight to the seller.
2. We hold it. The seller can see the order is paid but cannot touch the money.
3. The seller delivers. They pack and ship your order and mark it as delivered.
4. You confirm. Once you confirm you received it as described, the seller is paid. If you do nothing, payment is released 1 days after delivery.

When something goes wrong

Open your order and choose Report a problem before the waiting period ends. The seller’s payment is frozen while our team reviews it. If the item never arrived, is different from the description, or is damaged, you get a refund.
