Terms of use

These terms explain the rules for buying and selling on Netwave Store. By using the site you agree to them.

Buyers

• Give correct contact and delivery details.
• Confirm delivery honestly. Confirming releases payment to the seller.
• Report problems within the waiting period shown on your order.

Sellers

• Provide true identity and business details. False documents lead to permanent removal.
• Only list items you have and can deliver. Describe them honestly with real photos.
• Ship paid orders promptly and mark them correctly.
• Selling is currently free. If a commission or paid plan is introduced, sellers will be told in advance and it will be shown in the seller centre. Payouts for buyer protection sales go only to the locked payout account on file, which only our team can change.
• Verification is optional and gives a Verified badge. Every shop may accept direct payments on its own accounts, and must deliver what buyers pay for.
• Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, stolen goods and anything illegal in Ghana.

Account suspension

We can suspend any account, buyer or seller, that breaks these terms. Examples are fraud, selling fake or banned items, taking payment without delivering, fake reviews, false documents and abusive behaviour. A suspended person is signed out and cannot sign in, and a suspended seller's shop is hidden. You will see the reason when you try to sign in. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will look again.

Payments

All payments are made to Netwave Store and held until the order is completed or refunded. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent.
