Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and follow Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Account and order details: name, phone, email and delivery address.
• Payment confirmations from Paystack or Mobile Money. We never see or store your card number or PIN.
• If you sign in with Google: only your name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password, and you can remove our access any time in your Google account settings.
• For sellers who choose to get verified: identity and business documents.

How we use it

• To deliver your orders and keep you updated.
• To protect buyers and sellers from fraud. Accounts that break our rules can be suspended, and we keep a record of the reason.
• Sellers only see what they need to deliver an order: your name, phone and address.

Seller documents

Identity documents are stored privately and only our verification team can view them. They are never shown on the website.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account, or ask us to delete your account at benoforikeys@gmail.com.
